Refund & Exchange Policy
- The item must be returned within 14 days of the product ship date. Simply send your merchandise to us (shipping
address below) along with a proof of purchase. animalarmUSA is not responsible to provide a refund if the product
does not arrive at the animalarmUSA mailbox, please consider tracking and possibly insurance for your own protection.
If no proof of purchase documentation is provided, a refund is at the discretion of animalarmUSA.
- Whether a return or exchange, the return shipping charge is the customer’s responsibility unless you were shipped
the wrong item or the product is found to be defective upon delivery. In the case of incorrect or defective product,
please send proof of shipping cost with returned item and animalarmUSA will refund the shipping cost, when shipped by
1st class mail or priority mail service ONLY through the United Staes Postal Service (USPS). animalarmUSA
will NOT refund express or overnight postage rates.
- For a product that qualified for “Free Shipping” the actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your
refund amount. We will provide you with the exact amount when the return has been processed.
- All items returned for refund or exchange must be received in new, re-sellable condition with all tags and
packaging. The item MUST be free of hair and fur and not smell like dog, cat, smoke or perfume. If we receive your
item and it does NOT meet these requirements, we cannot offer a refund or exchange; animalarmUSA will email you regarding
the eligibility of a refund. If animalarmUSA determines that a refund or exchange is not authorized, the customer is
responsible for shipping if one wishes the product sent back. If the customer does not want the product back, we will
donate the product to a local shelter.
